Dear Friends –
I’m writing this as I take a medical leave of absence from my work at WALKSacramento. My health condition is not overly serious, and with a long rest, I’ll be fine. I expect to be out of the office for three to six months.
Meanwhile, the team at WALKSacramento – Emily Alice, Miha, Kirin, and Chris – are an extraordinary, highly capable team, and they are managing very well while I’m gone. Adrian Engel of Echelon Transportation Group, our Board President, has been doing a phenomenal job of providing leadership to the team in the past few weeks.

Thanks for your support for WALKSacramento. I really appreciate our donors and our partners who are collaborating with us to implement our many exciting projects going on right now such as Vision Zero and the Safe Routes to School Summit that took place this week at SACOG.
